Shipment

How to Ship and Delivery Time

All the orders will be well-packed then shipped by international express ( HK UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/China EMS/AIR MAIL, etc.).
Usually it will take 3-5 business days for the shipment. For China EMS or AIR MAIL, it will take about 2 weeks.
Due to the CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, sometimes delivery may be delayed for several days.

Free Shipping and Remote Area Fee
For most of the countries/regions, MAXORS provides free shipping. For some remote area, remote area fee will be needed.
Any requests for the shipment and questions for the shipment fee, please contact us by sales@maxors.com.

BOA (Broken on Arrival) situations
MAXORS will double test and well-pack all of the products before shipment. Normally, there will be no BOA situation. When customers receive a broken item, please keep all the stuffs and take videos or pictures then report to us in 7 days. MAXORS will need all the evidences to claim compensation with the express company. And the time limit from the express company is 7 days. Reimbursement of claims will be the value that the express company compensates. The whole process might take one month.

Import Tax
In some countries/regions, importing goods may be charged IMPORT TAX by customs, like Import Duty, Customs clearance fees, Value Added Tax, Purchase Tax, etc.
MAXORS have no responsibility for the IMPORT TAX. As customers are importers, so please pay for the cost when needed.
Customers can not cancel the order or charge back the payment for such kinds of CUSTOMS situation.
MAXORS will not do refund or accept returning goods for this situation as well.

Exception Clause
1) MAXORS has no responsibility for any customs fees or import tax and customs delay.
2) MAXORS has no responsibility for any loss or damage of uninsured packages, insurance is required for claims.
Reimbursement will be the value which the express company compensates.
3) MAXORS will not accept returning goods for any customs reasons, also MAXORS will not do refund for the issue.
4) MAXORS will charge the whole fees (tax/returning fee/shipment fee, etc.) caused by customs returning items before resending the goods if the above situation really happens.
